It's so nice to know there are people like the staff of Integrity Funeral Home to help me and my family in our time of need. Each staff member was there to help and assist my family in any way they could to help ease the burden of losing my loved one. They treated me like I was family. 18th I walked past the nurses station and asked the nurse what would happen if Barbara passed as I had done nothing. She very nicely but forcefully told me I needed to get someone and handed me a list. After calling two of the largest cremation organizations I happened on the one I chose. I called Integrity Cremations. They are local and have a Jacksonville number. They are wonderful. The guy, with a southern accent, provided costs for services and refused to talk about payment until after his services were provided. His services were dignified and respectful as he took Barbara from Hospice. The funeral director preferred to come to the house rather than have me come to the office. On Monday she took payment at the kitchen table, discussed other options and applied no pressure for me to purchase an urn or box. She had also spent time on line looking for a Cleveland Brown urn. Saturday another person brought Barbara home and provided all the appropriate documents. I never had to leave the comfort of our home to take care of anything. I know none of want to talk about this kind of stuff but we all will at some time. So call this a public thank you or a products and services endorsement.
